The wine is deep magenta with a crimson hue. A very complex nose of vanilla, spice, and nougat comes from the excellent oak with fresh aromas of plums, blackcurrant and blackberries.
The nose on the wine is very balanced and definitely Cabernet Sauvignon.
On the palate there is great elegance with mint and gentle blackberry fruits mixing with the fine tannins.
Made with such care, this wine will continue to improve for the next 10 years.
